Active Colorado Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance Dependable, compassionate, and professional approach to care Strong communication and documentation skills Ability to work independently while remaining connected to the care team Experience in home health, long-term care, assisted living, hospice, or related healthcare settings is welcomed, but not required.
