California travel ER roles are often competitive because hospitals need nurses who can step into fast-paced emergency and trauma settings with minimal onboarding. Candidates with an active RN license, recent ER experience across age groups, and flexibility for an 8-week assignment are typically stronger matches. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to save time, then confirm your license status and recent trauma exposure before applying.
