Your responsibilities will include: Assess and monitor wounds and skin injuries, including pressure injuries, skin tears, MASD, and venous ulcers Complete weekly wound documentation and communicate updates to families as needed Round weekly with the wound physician and support ongoing treatment plans Apply dressings, monitor treatment effectiveness, and help adjust care approaches when appropriate Educate teammates on skin injury prevention, wound healing, and best practices for resident care Participate in care plan meetings, wound reviews, and quality improvement efforts What We’re Looking For Current RN license in the state of North Carolina.
