As an CNA at Trinity Grove, you will play a crucial role in providing care to residents under the supervision of the assigned Hall Nurse and the Director of Nursing Services. Your responsibilities will include: Documenting ADLs accurately. Monitoring and reporting changes in residents’ conditions. Personal Care (ADLs): Bathing, grooming, dressing, shaving, and toileting patients. Patient Mobility: Turning, repositioning, and transferring patients between beds and wheelchairs. Health Monitoring: Taking and recording vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, temperature, respiration). Nutrition & Hygiene: Feeding patients, measuring food/liquid intake, and changing bed linens. Observation & Reporting: Monitoring patient conditions for changes and reporting issues to nurses. Emotional Support: Providing companionship, comfort, and addressing patient needs to improve quality of life. Qualifications Current CNA license in the state of North Carolina.
