As an RN at Trinity Grove, you will play a crucial role in providing care to residents under the supervision of their attending physicians and the Director of Nursing Services. Your responsibilities will include: Administering and documenting medication and treatments accurately. Maintaining the security of drug rooms and ensuring proper storage. Monitoring and reporting changes in residents’ conditions. Carrying out various nursing procedures, including catheter care, dressing changes, and administering respiratory treatments. Supervising the nursing team and fostering a supportive environment. Qualifications Graduation from an accredited RN program. Current RN license in the state of North Carolina.
