We are seeking to hire a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant - COTA.
Full-Time schedule.
$31 to $35 per hour based on skills and experience.
Treat residents under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
Document weekly notes, monthly notes, and statistics.
Train nursing staff and families regarding proper positioning and carry over of O.T. program.
Discuss treatment plans and goals with Occupational Therapist.
Modify/adapt wheelchair part(s) and accessories, modifies splints or other assistive devices for residents.

Requires PA Certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant and completion of a 2-year accredited OTA program. Experience in geriatrics is preferred.
