As a Registered Nurse (RN) in Westfields Hospital & Clinic's Med/Surg department, in collaboration with the attending physician and the health care team, supports and cares for patients in all areas of the critical access hospital. Duties include:
Assesses, admits, transfers or discharges patients and completes all necessary documentation.
Performs basic patient care responsibilities as ordered by the physician and per standards of nursing care, considering age-appropriate needs.
Evaluates the patient’s condition and response to treatments, notifying the physician, charge nurse and other care givers as appropriate.

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited nursing school with current Wisconsin RN licensure and BLS certification. Preferred qualifications include EPIC system experience and at least two years of hospital experience in high observation, progressive care, or ICU settings.
