Job Details Registered Nurse (RN) - Women's & Children's Float Pool Full Time | 72 hours/pay | 12 hour shifts Night Shift : 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Holiday & Weekend commitment Newark, DE ChristianaCare is currently seeking a compassionate and adaptable Registered Nurse to join our Women’s & Children’s Float Pool.

This unique opportunity requires flexibility and a commitment to excellence, as the RN will rotate through four specialized areas: Labor & Delivery Postpartum Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (Level III NICU) Inpatient Pediatrics Our Women’s & Children’s services support over 6,500 births annually, and include a Level III NICU and a dedicated Pediatric Care Center.

As a Float Pool RN, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across multiple units, ensuring safe and optimal outcomes for patients and families.

Education and Experience Requirements: BSN required or commitment to obtaining BSN within three years of date of hire At least TWO years of experience working as a Registered Nurse in Women’s and Children’s services areas listed above required BLS, NRP, PALS certifications required ACLS certification preferred Delaware RN licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state of Delaware required ChristianaCare Offers: Full Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, etc.

Hourly Pay Range: $41.28 - $66.05 This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting.

The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
