• Work: The PreSurgery unit features 27 beds and prepares patients for various surgeries, including orthopedic, spine, bariatric, general, and vascular procedures. The main duties involve assessing and admitting patients before surgery, which includes inserting IVs, giving preoperative medications, preparing surgical sites, maintaining accurate documentation, educating patients and families, following established policies, and working closely with the healthcare team. We seek candidates with strong interpersonal abilities, clinical assessment expertise, and critical thinking skills. Some shifts will require being on call.
