Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and case conferences to discuss patient care and treatment plans.

Quality

Improvement: Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes to identify areas for improvement in care delivery. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and research projects to enhance clinical practices and patient outcomes.

Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including medical histories, treatment plans, and progress notes. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and documentation standards.

Professional

Development: Stay current with advancements in medical knowledge and clinical practices through ongoing education and training. Your Qualifications Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) preferred. Completion of an accredited Advanced Practice Clinician program required. CA Registered Nurse (RN) required. Certification as an Advanced Practice Clinician preferred. 3-5 years of related experience required Travel 75+% of the time in the assigned area- Must have a valid driver’s license, automobile insurance and reliable transportation. Detail: Ability to maintain accurate and detailed patient records. Meticulous in following clinical protocols and procedures.
