Provide support and supervision for adolescents dealing with mental health and substance abuse issues. Responsibilities include implementing house rules, facilitating groups, transporting clients, and maintaining facility cleanliness.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Provide support for adolescents with mental health and substance abuse issues.
Establish open lines of communication for individuals.
Implement/enforce house rules.
Transport clients with company vehicle.
Supervise clients on outings.
Group facilitation.
Maintain cleanliness of facility.
Ensure necessary documentation is complete.
Other tasks as assigned.
REQUIRED: Must have a valid Idaho Driver’s License in good standing. REQUIRED: Must be minimum 21 years of age. REQUIRED: Must pass background check. REQUIRED: Must pass drug screening. We run 12 hour shifts 6a-6p or 6p-6a and 7a-7p or 7p-7a. Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $20.00 per hour Schedule: 12 hour shift Day shift Overnight shift
Overnight positions are awake shifts. Staff are required to remain awake and alert throughout the entire shift to provide continuous supervision.
