Provide support and supervision for adolescents dealing with mental health and substance abuse issues. Responsibilities include group facilitation, transporting clients, and maintaining facility cleanliness and documentation.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Provide support for adolescents with mental health and substance abuse issues.
Establish open lines of communication for individuals.
Implement/enforce house rules.
Transport clients with company vehicle.
Supervise clients on outings.
Group facilitation.
Maintain cleanliness of facility.
Ensure necessary documentation is complete.
Other tasks as assigned.
REQUIRED: Must have a valid Arizona Driver’s License in good standing. REQUIRED: Must be minimum 21 years of age. REQUIRED: Must pass background check. REQUIRED: Must pass drug screening. We generally run 12 hour shifts 6p-6a and 7p-7a.
