Market context

Missouri youth mental health roles stay in demand

Youth mental health therapists are often in demand in Missouri because schools, clinics, and community providers need licensed clinicians who can support children and adolescents with ongoing behavioral and emotional needs. This role is competitive because it requires a master’s degree and an independent Missouri license such as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT, and the listed benefits include dental insurance, an employee assistance program, life insurance, paid parental leave, and paid time off. Before applying, confirm your license status and tailor your experience to youth-focused care; job requirements and benefits here are AI-summarized from the original job description, saving you research time.
