Coordinates total nursing care for patients. Provides nursing leadership by working cooperatively with physicians, oncology staff, ancillary staff of other programs/departments and other personnel to maintain professional nursing practice standards in a complex oncology environment. Utilizes a systematic approach to nursing practice incorporating complex assessment, evaluation, diagnosis for oncology patients in accordance with professional standards, the Nurse Practice Act, and Park Nicollet Health Services policies. Participates in patient and family education.

Requires a valid Minnesota Registered Nurse License, BLS provider status, and 2-3 years of RN experience. Oncology experience and OCN certification are preferred.
