Responsibilities

  • Perform radiographic and CT imaging procedures per department protocols.
  • Position patients, adjust exposure settings, and operate imaging equipment.
  • Complete exams in the electronic medical record (EMR) and verify images in the PACS system.
  • Interview patients, explain procedures, and assist with positioning to ensure safety and comfort.
  • Review images with radiologists or referring physicians and communicate results as appropriate.
