You will work on site at our Centerwell Poinciana.

You will report to our associate medical director.

Use your skills to make an impact Required Qualifications Master's Degree as a nurse practitioner or completion of a physician assistant program with board certification. Active, unrestricted NP or PA license in the state of Florida Two years of experience in value-based care, geriatric or primary care, managing adults aged 65+ with chronic conditions Proficiency using an EMR Active DEA license and Medicare/Medicaid provider numbers or ability to obtain DEA license and/or Medicaid and Medicare numbers If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB

This clinic is located at 904 B Cypress Pkwy. Kissimmee, FL 34759 #LI-CS2 Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 Pay Range The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.

Requirements

Requires a Master's degree as a Nurse Practitioner or completion of a PA program with board certification and an active Florida license. Candidates must have two years of experience in value-based, geriatric, or primary care for seniors and an active DEA license.
