Responsibilities As a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) at Marion Assisted Living, you will: Administer medications accurately and safely according to physician orders and facility policies. Observe residents for changes in condition and promptly report concerns to the nurse. Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed. Document medication administration and resident observations accurately. Promote resident comfort, dignity, and independence. Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and team members. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment. Follow all state regulations and company policies.
