Overview Registered Nurse – Labor, Delivery and Recovery (LDRP) travel assignment in Albany, Oregon. Start date: 09/07/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay: 2,518–2,656 per week. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week.

Shift

Days (0700–1930) with every third weekend.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive care across labor, delivery, recovery and postpartum, including newborn care, within a family-centered model
  • Monitor maternal and fetal status, perform assessments, and respond to changes in condition per established protocols
  • Administer medications, manage pain relief options, and assist with labor progress and delivery as directed by physicians and protocols
  • Support newborn care including initial assessments, stabilization if needed, and parental education and bonding support
  • Collaborate with obstetricians, anesthesiologists, pediatric staff and other team members; ensure accurate documentation in the electronic medical record
  • Maintain safe, evidence-based practice with emphasis on infection control, patient safety, and effective communication across shifts

Requirements

  • Current unencumbered Oregon RN license required upon submission
  • Healthcare Provider Level BLS required
  • AHA ACLS required for LDRP
  • NRP and STABLE preferred
  • Ability to work in a labor, delivery and recovery environment and contribute to a multidisciplinary team
