As a Primary Care Physician, you will report to the Associate Medical Director.
You will be onsite at the Deland, Daytona FL. clinic.
A day in the life of a Conviva physician Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm See an average of 15 patients per day Longer authorized appointments (45 minutes) You will be on-site Required Qualifications Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine Board certified or board eligible in Geriatric Medicine, Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Valid, unrestricted license in the state of Florida, or able to obtain one.
Current, unrestricted DEA license Screened for TB Minimum of two+ years of experience 1+ years of experience managing Medicare Advantage panel of patients Associate who speaks with a member in a language other than English must take a language proficiency assessment, provided by an outside vendor, to ensure competency.
Applicants will be required to take the Interagency Language Rating (ILR) test as provided by the Federal Government. #LI-FM1

$255,000 - $298,500 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.

Requires a Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine degree and board certification/eligibility in Geriatrics, Family, or Internal Medicine. Must have a valid Florida license, DEA license, and at least two years of experience, including one year managing Medicare Advantage patients.
