Provides comprehensive nursing services and assessments for OBGYN patients within an interdisciplinary team. Responsible for developing, implementing, and documenting individualized plans of care focused on prevention and early detection.
This position provides nursing services, either directly or indirectly, to participants in a specific program, specialty department, or practice. This position does initial assessments, and regular re-assessments: provides ongoing nursing services, works as part of an interdisciplinary team, focuses on prevention, early detection, acute and chronic illness. In the event an RN from a physician practice works in an inpatient area, s/he will have the capability to write verbal orders, enter orders, and pend access notes, and will be required to attend physician THC training.
Associate's Degree or Diploma in Nursing For Breast Center positions, Certified Breast Care Nurse (ONCC) is required within one year of hire Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS) Registered Nurse Current Ohio licensure Knowledge of the specialty or population served Ability to work effectively on a multi-disciplinary team 1-2 years experience in Nursing
