Deliver direct nursing care for telemetry patients, including health data collection, care plan development, and medication administration. Collaborate with treatment teams and document all patient progress within the Epic electronic medical record.
12-hour day shifts, three days per week (7:00 AM–7:00 PM). This assignment requires Telemetry duties within a high-acuity environment and uses Epic for charting.
