Covenant Case Management services (CCMS) is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Respite Nurse (RN) to join our team as an independent contractor.
In this fulfilling role, you will provide essential respite care and skilled support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, giving their primary caregivers peace of mind and the opportunity to recharge.
As a Respite Nurse, you will have the rewarding opportunity to provide high-quality, person-centered care, ensuring the health and safety of our clients in both home and community-based settings.
Key Responsibilities: Clinical Care: Provide compassionate, skilled nursing care and support to clients during scheduled respite hours.
Health & Safety: Monitor client well-being and ensure a safe, secure environment at home and in the community.
Community Engagement: Assist clients in participating in community activities while maintaining their medical and safety needs.
Schedule & Role Details: Hours: PRN, 5-10 hours of Respite Care weekly in the evenings or Sunday afternoons.
1099 Independent Contractor.
Licensure: Must hold a valid, unencumbered RN Nursing License Mobility: Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation are required.
Nursing credentials must be provided and verified.
