Welcome and assess patients by obtaining health histories, vital signs, and other clinical information.
Triage patient concerns, identify changes in condition, and communicate findings promptly to providers.
Assist physicians and advanced practice providers during examinations and procedures.
Perform clinical treatments and procedures, including IV placement (when applicable), phlebotomy, breathing treatments, and other provider-directed care.
Monitor test results, worklists, and outstanding orders to help ensure timely follow-up and continuity of care.
Provide patient education, follow-up phone calls, and care instructions.
Maintain accurate documentation within the electronic medical record.
Monitor and order clinical supplies while supporting efficient practice operations.
Assist with training and supporting Certified Medical Assistants and other clinical staff.
Complete daily quality control activities and monitor medications and supplies for expiration.

Candidates must hold an Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or higher and a current Registered Nurse license in Maryland or a compact multistate license. Current BLS certification is also required.
