Established in 1978, we offer a full continuum of care, including hospice, palliative care, home health, grief and loss counseling, and our signature PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) program. Our mission centers on "meeting individual needs through innovative care solutions," and we serve people across multiple counties in northeast Kansas. PACE Program The PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) program is designed to help older adults remain safely in their homes rather than entering nursing facilities. It provides complete medical care, rehabilitation, medications, transportation, social services, and supportive therapies—all coordinated by an interdisciplinary care team. Participants receive personalized care plans tailored to their unique needs, along with access to a PACE center for social activities, meals, and clinical services. By integrating medical and supportive care under one program, PACE helps seniors maintain independence, improve quality of life, and continue living in their communities with dignity. Housekeeper Responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for staff, clients, and visitors. This role includes daily cleaning tasks such as sanitizing offices, restrooms, break areas, and common spaces; emptying trash; vacuuming and dusting; and restocking supplies. The housekeeper follows established cleaning schedules and safety procedures, uses cleaning equipment and products properly, and pays close attention to detail to ensure a professional appearance throughout the facility. By supporting cleanliness and organization, the office housekeeper plays an important role in promoting health, comfort, and a positive experience for everyone at Midland Care Connection. QualificationsRequired Ability to perform general cleaning and housekeeping duties Knowledge of basic cleaning methods, tools, and supplies Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures Reliable, punctual, and dependable Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks Preferred Previous housekeeping or custodial experience (office or healthcare setting) Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and proper usage Attention to detail and strong work ethic Good communication and interpersonal skills Experience working in a professional or nonprofit environment What's in it for you?
