The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) plays a critical role in delivering high-quality nursing care to our pediatric patients in our Huber Heights office. The LPN will be responsible for educating patients and their families about health conditions and care plans, promoting better health outcomes. Working collaboratively with our Physicians and Nurse Practitioners and other healthcare professionals, the LPN supports comprehensive care delivery tailored to individual patient needs. Ultimately, this role ensures that patients receive compassionate, competent, and timely nursing care while adhering to regulatory standards and office policies.
Nursing license validation guarantees that the LPN meets professional standards and legal requirements to practice safely. Preferred skills like collaboration with Physicians and Nurse Practitioners and familiarity with EHR systems enhance care coordination and documentation accuracy, contributing to a seamless healthcare experience.
