This onsite position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment dedicated to providing accessible, high-quality behavioral health care to children and families in our community.

This performance-based incentivized position provides the flexibility and opportunity to support clients through outpatient services while working with a diverse population of children, adolescents, and families.

What You'll Do as a Therapist Provide direct and indirect clinical services, including individual, family, and group therapy, using evidence-based treatment approaches.

Conduct intake assessments, psychosocial evaluations, and diagnostic interviews to identify client needs and develop appropriate treatment recommendations.

Develop, implement, and manage individualized treatment plans focused on client goals, progress, and long-term wellness.

Maintain an assigned caseload while completing accurate, timely clinical documentation and records.

Provide compassionate, trauma-informed care to children, adolescents, and families experiencing a variety of behavioral health challenges.

Participate in family team meetings and assist with discharge planning, aftercare coordination, and transition of services.

Coordinate care with parents, courts, state agencies, hospitals, law enforcement, and community partners to support continuity of care.

Screen and evaluate referrals to determine appropriate placement and ensure clients receive the services that best meet their needs.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including therapists, case managers, medical providers, and support staff, to provide comprehensive care.

Provide consultation, training, and clinical guidance to support team members and community partners.

Monitor client progress, adjust treatment approaches as needed, and help clients build skills to improve their overall quality of life.

Qualifications

Master's degree in social work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy. Utah licensure as LCSW, CMHC, or LMFT (or the ability to obtain it before starting). Solid skills in clinical assessment, treatment planning, and providing therapy. Comfortable working with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a team. Reliable with documentation and maintaining professional standards. Committed to ethical practice and ongoing learning. Requirements

Must hold a Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy with active Utah licensure (LCSW, CMHC, or LMFT).
