Job Summary and Responsibilities As our Clinic Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you’ll keep the day running smoothly and efficiently for your patients and clinical team.
You’ll take the lead on proactive preparation of patient charts; ensuring all information is obtained and up-to-date for those seen in our facility.
Every day, you'll manage care for multiple patients, adapting to physician availability on-site, and actively collaborate with your clinical team to prioritize tasks and ensure seamless patient flow throughout the clinic.

Checks schedules and organizes patient flow.
Accompanies patients to the exam room and updates electronic medical.
Prepares patients for exams/procedures.
Assists/performs medication administration, dressings and collecting of lab specimens as instructed.
Relays information regarding follow-up care and return visit to patients and families.
Schedules tests and procedures as directed.
Job Requirements Required Graduate of accredited school of nursing Licensed Practical Nurse: MN Basic Life Support - CPR Preferred EPIC EMR experience, previous experience as an LPN preferred.
Orientation, training and development will be given to obtain desired entry level competency in lieu of experience.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited school of nursing and hold a valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Minnesota. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required, and experience with EPIC EMR is preferred.
