Delivering and enhancing psych education material to clients on various mental health topics Co facilitating group therapy Documenting client interactions and group therapy Shadowing supervisors individual therapy sessions and discussing the development of their clinical skills. Engaging in weekly supervision Adhere to the ethical standards of the educational institution as well as Acenda code of conduct. Must be enrolled in Master program for MSW, MFT, Clinical Psychology, or a related field in the human services field. Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships. Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment. Knowledge of evidence-based clinical practices and therapeutic approaches. Demonstrated cultural competence and adaptability when working with diverse populations. Understanding of screening and assessment practices. Ability to develop and implement appropriate interventions based on client needs. Knowledge of systems-oriented practice and community-based service delivery models. Commitment to continuous learning, professional development, and quality improvement initiatives. Proficiency in utilizing technology, electronic health records, and other informatics systems to support service delivery and documentation.
