To excel as a Registered Nurse in Emergency & Trauma Services at Southwest Health System, Inc., you must possess a diverse skill set that aligns with our commitment to excellence and integrity. Proficiency in nursing procedures is essential, allowing you to deliver care with safety and efficiency. Knowledge and skills required for the position are: Regulatory/Educational Requirements: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Associate degree required bachelor's degree preferred. Current Registered Nurse Licensure within state of Colorado. Minimum of 1 year ER/Inpatient experience preferred. Enroll in Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI) curriculum for BLS ACLS and PALS upon hire. Maintain current RQI certifications throughout employment. NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) within 12 months of hire. TNCC Course Completion within 12 months of hire. Language Skills: Able to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing. Additional languages preferred.
