include: Perform comprehensive patient assessments and document clinical findings Obtain and monitor vital signs before, during, and after procedures Identify and communicate changes in patient condition Develop and update individualized nursing care plans Provide pre-operative, intra-procedural, and post-anesthesia patient care Monitor recovery and evaluate patient responses to treatment Collaborate closely with physicians, anesthesia providers, and clinical staff Educate patients and families regarding procedures, recovery, and discharge instructions Supervise support staff while promoting safe clinical practices Maintain accurate documentation and regulatory compliance Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education
