• Schedule: Per Diem; 0-16 hours/week; Schedule will vary Jefferson Healthcare is seeking an experienced per diem Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering nursing care tailored to individual patient needs based on the nursing process, which encompasses assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. You will promote continuity of care to ensure that patient needs and expected outcomes are met. As a member of the team, the Registered Nurse will be expected to delegate and supervise the support nursing staff involved in the provision of care. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering nursing care tailored to individual patient needs based on the nursing process, which encompasses assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. You will promote continuity of care to ensure that patient needs and expected outcomes are met.
