Our Concord, MA residential treatment center is dedicated to helping adults build lasting recovery in a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment.
We are currently seeking a full-time Intake Clinician to join our team. In this role, you will facilitate the intake, assessment, and admission process for individuals entering treatment, ensuring timely access to clinically appropriate care while collaborating closely with referral sources and interdisciplinary treatment teams.
The Intake Clinician is responsible for conducting clinical screenings, comprehensive assessments, level of care determinations, and admission documentation for clients entering treatment. This position plays a critical role in ensuring clients are appropriately assessed and connected to the services that best meet their clinical needs. The Intake Clinician also supports continuity of care through collaboration, crisis intervention, accurate documentation, and coordination of treatment services in accordance with organizational policies, accreditation standards, and applicable federal and state regulations.
Applicants must hold an LADC II or higher clinical license, or possess a Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Services or a related field. Candidates who are license-eligible and confirmed by the site's leadership are also encouraged to apply.
