The housekeeper is responsible for cleaning vacant and occupied apartments to ensure they are move-in ready and well-maintained. They also perform detailed cleaning of common areas and manage cleaning supply inventories.
The primary responsibility of the Housekeeper is to clean vacant apartments in preparation for move-in as well as to clean occupied apartments on a weekly basis or as scheduled, follow the cleaning schedule outlined for the cleaning of the common areas of the Community, and assure that the highest degree of cleanliness is always maintained.
Minimum one (1) year housekeeping experience preferred.
