All new hires must be able to pass our preemployment screening process, which includes a criminal background check, drug test, tuberculosis skin test and employment references as required by a licensed residential care facility.
Candidates must have successfully completed a state-approved geriatric nursing assistant training program and hold a valid state registration. Prior experience in long-term, transitional, or memory care is preferred.
