Conduct comprehensive in-home nursing assessments. Develop and oversee individualized plans of care. Complete caregiver competency evaluations and supervisory visits. Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation. Collaborate with caregivers, physicians, clients, and family members to coordinate quality care. Help maintain compliance with New Jersey regulations and Caring Senior Service policies.
Active New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing. Home health, home care, or geriatric nursing experience preferred. Supervisory experience is a plus. Strong communication, organization, and critical thinking skills. Valid NJ driver's license and reliable transportation. Compensation Compensation will be discussed with qualified candidates based on experience and the responsibilities. As client services begin and the role expands, compensation will grow accordingly.
