Works under the clinical supervision of the practice physician(s) and clinic supervisor/manager and is responsible for assisting the physicians in the practice. Assists in examination and treatment of patients, rooms patients and obtains information, measures vital signs (i.e.: pulse rate, temperature, blood pressure, pulse oximeter, pain level, weight, and height), and records information on patients' charts/Electronic Medical Record (EMR). Also collects and prepares specimens for laboratory analysis. Estimated pay range for this position is $21.24 - $27.61 / hour depending on experience.

Candidates must hold a valid certification or license such as MA, CNA, LPN, EMT, or Paramedic, along with a Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Proficiency in computer applications, EMR systems, and strong interpersonal communication skills are required for this fast-paced clinical environment.
