About the role

Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient and home health setting. Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure effective patient care and adherence to clinical standards.

Work Schedule

You may be eligible for a $20,000 sign on bonus.

100% FTE, full-time. Day shift. Monday - Friday 8

00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Every third

Saturday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. You will work at the UW Health 2550 Charles St Clinic.

Additional components of compensation may include: Evening, night, and weekend shift differential Overtime On-call pay

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (or foreign equivalent as determined by the State of Illinois Department of Professional Regulation). Required

  • Licenses & Certifications
  • Current license from the State of Illinois. Required
  • Basic Life Support/CPR Certification. Required
  • Valid State driver’s license and proof of liability insurance. Required
  • An applicant for employment as a physical, occupational, or speech therapists must present acceptable evidence of licensure or authorization to test at the time of employment. An applicant who fails to provide this documentation will not be hired. A new employee will not be allowed to work as a therapist or assistant until evidence of licensure eligibility is provided. Required

Requirements

Must be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program and hold a current license from the State of Illinois. Requires Basic Life Support/CPR certification and a valid driver's license with proof of liability insurance.
