About the role

The Patient Care Assistant will provide clinical support in a dermatology clinic setting, including patient interactions and daily operational tasks. They are responsible for maintaining high standards of patient care and adhering to clinic work practices.

Schedule

  • Monday -
  • Friday 7:30am-5:00pm variable

Qualifications

  • Graduated from an accredited Associate degree program or Medical Assistant program or have at least 2 years of relevant experience. Required
  • Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained. Required
  • Work Experience
  • At least one year of professional experience in a clinic setting. Preferred
  • Computer experience. Required
  • Licenses & Certifications
  • RMA, AAMA, CCMA or NCCT certification is required upon hire. Required
  • Basic Life Support/CPR Certification. Required
  • Active RMA, AAMA, CCMA or NCCT certification must be maintained. Required

Requirements

Candidates must hold an Associate degree or Medical Assistant program certificate, or have at least two years of relevant experience. A professional certification such as RMA, AAMA, CCMA, or NCCT is required, along with Basic Life Support/CPR certification.
