As the Hospice Aide (CNA), you will provide hands-on care to patients receiving end-of-life services under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.

Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Hospice Aide certification in the State of Arizona Current CPR certification Understanding of hospice philosophy and comfort with end-of-life care Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills Empathy, patience, and ability to work independently Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance The employer for this position is stated in the job posting.
