Provide direct nursing care and health assessments for individuals enrolled in DDA (Developmental Disabilities Administration) programs Develop, implement, and monitor individualized health care plans and medical protocols Coordinate with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and DDA regulations Train and supervise direct support professionals on health-related procedures and protocols Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, documentation, and incident reports Serve as a health advocate for individuals, ensuring their medical needs are met and communicated effectively
