Implement individualized ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Collect and record accurate behavioral data during each session to track client progress Provide direct 1:1 behavioral therapy to clients in home, community, or clinic settings Use positive reinforcement strategies and evidence-based techniques to address challenging behaviors Assist clients in developing communication, social, and daily living skills Collaborate with supervisors, families, and support teams to ensure consistent care Maintain detailed session notes and documentation in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred Prior experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or developmental disabilities Strong data collection, documentation, and organizational skills Compassionate, patient, and adaptable with a client-centered approach Ability to pass a background check and meet all state and organizational compliance requirements Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations in the LaPlata, MD area About Us: Housing Advocacy Vocational and Employment (HAVE) is a dedicated organization serving individuals with disabilities and those in need of supportive services in the Maryland community.
