Phlebotomist

Orientation assignments are met thoroughly and on a timely basis. Effective training. Maintain required logs and records.

100% compliance. Receive daily work assignments from supervisor or designee and perform duties according to established standards.

100% compliance with the policies and procedures of the department. Attend in-service and staff meetings as required.

100% compliance. Follow established hospital and departmental policies and procedures.

100% compliance. Alerts supervisor to defective equipment.

All defective equipment is reported immediately to ensure quick repair or replacement for continued patient care. Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
