USD $55.00 - USD $58.00 /Hr. Wage Commensuration The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
Provides professional Physical Therapy services. Completes documentation accurately and timely. Participates in Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement initiatives. Works efficiently and effectively while utilizing facility resources responsibly. Maintains adequate and up to date knowledge of Physical Therapy, Rehabilitation Services and setting specific clinical and regulatory practices. Complies with facility policies and procedures. Supervises Physical Therapist Assistants, therapy aides, and therapy students as needed. Qualifications & Requirements Must be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program. Must have one year experience as an Physical Therapist (geriatric rehabilitation setting preferred) Must have current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in facility-specific state Must have current certification in Basic Life Support. Reliable transportation required.

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Physical Therapy program and hold a current state license. At least one year of experience in a geriatric rehabilitation setting and current Basic Life Support certification are required.
