What You’ll Do
Advanced Wound Care & Patient Assessment
Conduct thorough assessments of chronic and acute wounds.
Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
Apply advanced techniques such as debridement, dressing selection, skin grafts, and infection control.
Collaborative Clinical Leadership
Partner with facility healthcare teams to coordinate care plans and treatment updates.
Ensure continuity of care through consistent communication and collaboration.
Multi-Facility Travel & Scheduling
Manage a travel schedule visiting multiple facilities weekly.
Ensure timely and efficient care delivery with professionalism and compassion.

Monday to Friday, Dayshift
Candidates must hold a valid Nurse Practitioner license and ANCC or AANP Board Certification. At least one year of experience in advanced wound care is highly preferred, along with reliable transportation for travel.
