Overview

The Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker will provide clinical leadership within an interdisciplinary team by conducting mental health assessments, leading individual and group therapy sessions, and overseeing integrated treatment planning for co-occurring needs. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate documentation and fulfilling mandatory reporting obligations while upholding client confidentiality.

Overview

The Licensed Social Worker will conduct psychosocial assessments, provide individual and group supportive services within their licensed scope, and coordinate community resources and referrals for clients in residential treatment. They will also develop individualized discharge plans and facilitate family engagement and external provider coordination.

The Registered Nurse/LPN will provide direct patient care, including administering medications (oral, IM, IV) and performing in-house blood draws under the direction of the Director of Nursing and Medical Director.
