Salary
$28 - $37 / HOUR
Provide recovery-focused services and jail in-reach strategies to individuals with serious mental illness to facilitate community reintegration. Coordinate access to community resources and teach essential life skills to support client independence.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in human services or three years of equivalent experience, and must be a QMHA or eligible for MHACBO registration. A valid driver's license and the ability to pass background and DMV checks are mandatory.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM
Participation in coverage for a rotating 24-hour afterhours line is required and compensated.
Provides recovery-focused services to people with serious mental illness, using jail in-reach strategies and following evidence-based practices with clients engaged in community services. Actively outreaches to partner agencies and individuals in the community to engage individuals into needed services and supports. Facilitates and coordinates access to these services and supports within the community. Implements client treatment plans.
Bachelor’s (BA/BS) degree in a human services field OR three years of experience providing services in a similar setting with individuals who have emotional and/or mental and/or developmental disabilities, OR a combination of education and experience that provides the desired skills, knowledge, and abilities required to perform the job.

Candidates must be able to use e-mail, compose documents, save and locate documents electronically, and learn to use our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. Proficiency in Word and other MS Office applications preferred.
Must pass state-required background and DMV checks; possess a valid OR driver's license and a satisfactory driving record to be approved for driving rights. Candidate must be able to work independently and flexibly, under general supervision.
