• How you’ll make an impact in this role Join the world class team at Dell Children's Medical Center as a visionary to serve as a Program Director and lead our dedicated team in advancing exceptional clinical care, education, and innovative research.
• Champion clinical excellence and lead a dedicated, multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standard of comprehensive care for approximately 250 pediatric sickle cell patients.
• Drive program growth and innovation by developing and evaluating evidence-based protocols that directly improve patient outcomes and advance the delivery of care.
• Cultivate strategic partnerships with academic, community, and advocacy stakeholders to expand the program's reach and strengthen community support.
