The role involves providing direct nursing care across diverse healthcare environments, primarily floating to specialty units like Labor & Delivery, Mother-Baby, or NICU as needed. Responsibilities include implementing and monitoring patient care plans, recording patient conditions, and coordinating care with the healthcare team.
Candidates must possess a Registered Nurse license and a diploma from an accredited nursing school or equivalent professional licensure. A minimum of three years of recent experience as an RN in Maternal Child Health Services is required, with Labor & Delivery experience being highly preferred.
$38.50 - $55.02 per hour Sign-on bonus: up to $10,000.00

How you’ll make an impact in this role Lead the delivery of compassionate, evidence-based nursing care, ensuring every action aligns with the highest safety standards and organizational excellence. Coordinate a multidisciplinary team of specialists to ensure patient care is seamless, holistic, and focused on the best possible clinical outcomes. Monitor and interpret patient conditions in real-time, acting as the vital link between the patient and the medical team through proactive communication and precise documentation. Advocate for the patient’s journey by initiating and managing comprehensive discharge plans, ensuring a safe and successful transition from hospital to home.
BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart. Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
What additional preferences we're seeking Minimum 3 years acute care RN experience on L&D or NICU required.
