Candidates must possess a High School diploma or equivalent, or one year of applicable job-specific experience, though required licensure can substitute for education/experience. Required credentials include an Indiana Board of Pharmacy Licensed Pharmacy Tech, In Training Pharmacy Tech, or Pharmacy Intern status prior to hire.

Licensed Pharmacy Tech credentialed from the Indiana Board Of Pharmacy obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. In Training Pharmacy Tech obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Pharmacy Intern obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
Licensed Pharmacy Tech credentialed from the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB). Pharmacy Tech credentialed from the National Healthcareer Association.
High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
