Monitor pump functioning and circuit volume during patient therapy. Administer medications and adjust ECMO circuit as per physician's orders.
Candidates must have relevant licensure or certification in nursing or respiratory care. A high school diploma or equivalent with 2 years of experience, or an associate's degree, or 4 years of applicable experience is required.

One or more of the following: Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Licensed Respiratory Care Practitioner credentialed from the Texas Department of State Health Services obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Respiratory Care Practitioner credentialed from the Texas Respiratory Care Practitioners Certification Program obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Respiratory Therapist specializing in Registered credentialed from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
What additional preferences we're seeking Previous Pediatric ECMO Specialist experience strongly preferred. Critical Care experience in a fast paced hospital setting
